- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Slice the zucchinis thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- In a bowl, mix the grated parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray the slices with olive oil and sprinkle the cheese mixture over them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 120 minutes, or until the chips are crispy and golden.
- Allow to cool and serve with your favorite dip or enjoy on their own.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven to regain crispiness.
