Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Olive oil spray
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  3. In a bowl, mix the grated parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Lightly spray the slices with olive oil and sprinkle the cheese mixture over them.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 120 minutes, or until the chips are crispy and golden.
