- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with olive oil and then dip them into the Parmesan mixture to coat thoroughly.
- On a large sheet pan, arrange the halved baby potatoes and green beans. Drizzle with olive oil, add the minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Place the coated chicken on the sheet pan among the vegetables.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
