2 tbsp marinara or pizza sauce
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
½ tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp olive oil or butter
Toppings (pepperoni, olives, mushrooms, spinach – optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
2. Crack the eggs directly into the skillet and let them cook for about a minute.
3. Spoon marinara sauce around the eggs evenly.
4. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
5. Cover and cook for 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts and eggs reach your desired doneness.
6. Add toppings like pepperoni, olives, or spinach, and sprinkle Italian seasoning.
7. Slide onto a plate and enjoy warm.
