- 1 package of pizza dough
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of pepperoni slices (or other favorite toppings)
- 1/4 cup of pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and your choice of toppings over the sauce.
- Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other, creating a log.
- Slice the log into 1-inch thick pieces and place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve with marinara or ranch dressing for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
