Ingredients

  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of pepperoni slices (or other favorite toppings)
  • 1/4 cup of pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and your choice of toppings over the sauce.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other, creating a log.
  6. Slice the log into 1-inch thick pieces and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
  8. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
