Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Crush the pretzels in a food processor or by using a rolling pin until finely crushed.
  3. In a bowl, mix the crushed pretzels with salt and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
  5. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat with the pretzel mixture.
  6. Place the coated chicken breasts on a greased baking sheet.
