Ingredients

  • 2 Cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 4 slices Bread (any kind)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Dill (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumbers thinly.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese with salt, pepper, dill, and lemon juice.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture on slices of bread.
  4. Top with cucumber slices and place another slice of bread on top to sandwich.
  5. Cut into halves or quarters and serve immediately.

Notes

For a crispier sandwich, keep the cucumber slices separate until serving.
