- 2 Cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 4 slices Bread (any kind)
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Dill (optional)
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers thinly.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese with salt, pepper, dill, and lemon juice.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on slices of bread.
- Top with cucumber slices and place another slice of bread on top to sandwich.
- Cut into halves or quarters and serve immediately.
Notes
For a crispier sandwich, keep the cucumber slices separate until serving.
