- 4 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, measure the Rice Chex cereal and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and gently stir to coat.
- In a separate bag or bowl, combine the powdered sugar and freeze-dried strawberries.
- Add the coated cereal to the bag, seal, and shake until evenly coated with the mixture.
- Spread the puppy chow on a baking sheet to cool and set.
- Once cool, garnish with fresh strawberries if desired. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. If your kitchen is warm, refrigerate and eat within a week.
