A quick and easy snack mix that combines Rice Chex cereal with white chocolate, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and freeze-dried strawberries for a fruity crunch kids love.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, measure the Rice Chex cereal and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  3. Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and gently stir to coat.
  4. In a separate bag or bowl, combine the powdered sugar and freeze-dried strawberries.
  5. Add the coated cereal to the bag, seal, and shake until evenly coated with the mixture.
  6. Spread the puppy chow on a baking sheet to cool and set.
  7. Once cool, garnish with fresh strawberries if desired. Serve and enjoy!
