- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- Optional: additional powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into rectangles.
- Place the rectangles on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the pastry is cooling, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Once the pastry is cool, layer them with the whipped cream and fresh raspberries.
- Stack the layers and finish with a dusting of powdered sugar if desired. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within a day or two for best texture and flavor.
