Quick and delicious sliders made with deli-sliced roast beef, perfect for busy weeknights or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Deli-sliced roast beef
  • Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • Swiss cheese (optional)
  • Butter
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Horseradish sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the deli-sliced roast beef on the bottom half of the rolls.
  4. If using, add Swiss cheese on top of the roast beef.
  5. Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
  6. In a small bowl, melt some butter and mix in garlic powder and onion powder. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  7. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
  9. Serve with horseradish sauce if desired.

Notes

These sliders can be served with a fresh salad, crispy potato wedges, or sweet potato fries. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
