Ingredients
- Deli-sliced roast beef
- Hawaiian sweet rolls
- Swiss cheese (optional)
- Butter
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Horseradish sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the deli-sliced roast beef on the bottom half of the rolls.
- If using, add Swiss cheese on top of the roast beef.
- Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
- In a small bowl, melt some butter and mix in garlic powder and onion powder. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
- Serve with horseradish sauce if desired.
Notes
These sliders can be served with a fresh salad, crispy potato wedges, or sweet potato fries. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
