Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
- 2–3 roasted jalapenos, chopped
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread cream cheese on one slice of bread.
- Top with chopped roasted jalapenos and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Place the second slice of bread on top.
- Butter the outside of the sandwich.
- Grill in the skillet until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve warm.

Pair with fresh fruit or veggies and a warm bowl of tomato soup for a well-rounded meal.
