Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut aluminum foil into large squares (one for each serving).
- Place a salmon fillet in the center of each foil square.
- Arrange asparagus around the salmon.
- In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the buttery mixture over the salmon and asparagus.
- Fold the foil over the salmon and asparagus, sealing it tightly.
- Place the foil packs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
- Carefully open the foil packs, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve immediately.

Seal the foil packs tightly to trap in moisture and flavor. You can add other veggies like bell peppers or zucchini for extra nutrition.
