A delightful treat that perfectly blends sweet and salty flavors, combining rich chocolate, crunchy pretzels, gooey caramel, and a sprinkle of sea salt.

  • Total Time: 120 minutes
  • Yield: 12 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 8 oz pretzels
  • 11 oz Kraft caramel
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • Sea salt (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between each time.
  3. Spread about 2/3 of the melted chocolate on top of the parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  4. Top the chocolate with the pretzels, gently pressing them down onto the chocolate.
  5. Melt the caramels with the heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl for about 2 minutes.
  6. Drizzle the caramel evenly over the pretzels.
  7. Drizzle the remaining melted chocolate over the top, then sprinkle some flaky sea salt on top.
  8. Chill in the fridge until set, or let it set at room temperature for about 120 minutes.
  9. Once set, cut into pieces and serve.
