- 1 pound sausage (any type)
- 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sausage and cook until browned.
- Add the onion and garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage and cook until wilted, about 5–7 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
- Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Serve hot.
Notes
For variations, try different types of sausage and add veggies like bell peppers or carrots. Serve with rice, noodles, or a side salad.
