Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 4 slices of bread or 2 cups of chopped vegetables (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer the cooked sausage, optional bread or vegetables, and cheese.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.

Notes
