A creamy and delicious appetizer perfect for gatherings, made with spinach, artichokes, and a blend of cheeses.

  • Total Time: 195 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until well blended.
  2. Add the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 120-180 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
  4. Stir before serving with chips.

Notes

Make sure to drain the spinach well to avoid a watery dip. For an extra cheesy flavor, try adding different cheeses like cheddar or gouda. You can add chopped jalapeños or red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
