- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until well blended.
- Add the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Cover and cook on low for 120-180 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
- Stir before serving with chips.
Notes
Make sure to drain the spinach well to avoid a watery dip. For an extra cheesy flavor, try adding different cheeses like cheddar or gouda. You can add chopped jalapeños or red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
