- 1 cup cookie dough
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a baking dish, layer the cookie dough evenly at the bottom.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions, combining brownie mix, egg, vegetable oil, and water. Mix well.
- Pour the brownie batter over the cookie dough layer.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the brownies are set and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature. Adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top enhances the experience.
