- 1 lb beef (sliced thinly)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- Green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the garlic and ginger, and stir for about 30 seconds.
- Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and beef broth, and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing to combine and heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, marinate the sliced beef in soy sauce for 15-30 minutes before cooking. Adjust the sweetness based on preference.
