Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, sliced
5 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
8 oz rice noodles or ramen, cooked
Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
1. Heat oil in a skillet and cook sliced chicken thighs until golden brown.
2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, garlic, honey, vinegar, and sesame oil.
3. Pour sauce into skillet and simmer with chicken until thick and sticky.
4. Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat in sauce.
5. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Use chicken breast if preferred but avoid overcooking.
Adjust sweetness with more or less honey to taste.
Add chili flakes or sriracha for heat.
