- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup crushed strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (for coating)
- Sprinkles or extra crushed strawberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the crushed strawberries and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the graham cracker crumbs to the mixture until you can form a dough-like consistency.
- Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in size).
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler.
- Dip each truffle ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place coated truffles back on the parchment and garnish as desired.
- Refrigerate again until set, about 15 minutes.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. These truffles can also be frozen and thawed before serving.
