Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Stir in cold water.
  3. Add thawed strawberries and crushed pineapple. Mix well.
  4. Fold in the marshmallows and whipped topping until combined.
  5. If desired, add chopped walnuts.
  6. Pour the mixture into a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Serve chilled.
