- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1 cup melted butter
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups cold water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then let cool.
- In another bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the pretzel crust.
- In another bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water, then add cold water. Mix in sliced strawberries.
- Pour the strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding different fruits like blueberries or raspberries.
