Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups cold water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then let cool.
  4. In another bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the pretzel crust.
  5. In another bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water, then add cold water. Mix in sliced strawberries.
  6. Pour the strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
