Ingredients

- 1 cup sago pearls
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
Instructions
- Rinse the sago pearls under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Boil water in a pot and add the sago pearls. Cook for about 10-15 minutes until they turn translucent.
- Drain and rinse the sago pearls under cold water to remove excess starch.
- In a saucepan, combine coconut milk and sugar. Heat until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the cooked sago pearls to the coconut milk mixture and stir well.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Once cooled, fold in the chopped fresh strawberries.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your refreshing strawberry sago dessert!
Notes
For a twist, add a splash of vanilla extract to the coconut milk or experiment with different fruits like mango or kiwi.
