Ingredients

  1. Rinse the sago pearls under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Boil water in a pot and add the sago pearls. Cook for about 10-15 minutes until they turn translucent.
  3. Drain and rinse the sago pearls under cold water to remove excess starch.
  4. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk and sugar. Heat until the sugar is dissolved.
  5. Add the cooked sago pearls to the coconut milk mixture and stir well.
  6. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  7. Once cooled, fold in the chopped fresh strawberries.
