- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 cup nuts or granola (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and honey together until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Top with sliced strawberries, chocolate chips, and nuts or granola if desired.
- Freeze for about 3-4 hours or until fully set.
- Once frozen, break into pieces and enjoy!
Notes
Keep the bark in an airtight container in your freezer for up to two weeks. Enjoy straight from the freezer.
