- 1 Egg yolk (room temperature)
- 1/3 cup Christmas sprinkles (jimmies)
- 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour

- 5 TBSP Milk
- 1/3 cup Christmas sprinkles (jimmies)
- 32 oz Cream cheese (room temperature)
- 2/3 cup Regenerative Organic Certified® Cane Sugar from Wholesome
- 3/4 cup Sour cream (room temperature or greek yogurt)
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream (room temperature)
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 4 Large eggs (room temperature)
- 2/3 cup Cookie dough balls
- 1 cup White chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup Heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare a greased springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix 1 3/4 cup flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream together 3/4 cup butter and 1 cup sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in 1 tsp vanilla, 1 large egg, and 1 egg yolk, mixing well.
- Gradually combine with the dry ingredients and fold in the sprinkles.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake until golden.
- For the cookie dough balls, prepare the dough using the remaining ingredients and roll into small balls, setting aside.
- For the cheesecake filling, blend cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, heavy cream, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition and fold in cookie dough balls.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the baked crust and bake until set.
- For the white chocolate ganache, melt together white chocolate chips and heavy cream until smooth.
- Pour the ganache over the cooled cheesecake to finish.
Notes
Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for the best results. Avoid overmixing to prevent cracks in the cheesecake.
