  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 cup Unsalted butter (room temperature)

  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 1 Large egg (room temperature)
  • 1 Egg yolk (room temperature)
  • 1/3 cup Christmas sprinkles (jimmies)
  • 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 cup Regenerative Organic Certified® Cane Sugar from Wholesome
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 5 TBSP Milk
  • 1/3 cup Christmas sprinkles (jimmies)
  • 32 oz Cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2/3 cup Regenerative Organic Certified® Cane Sugar from Wholesome
  • 3/4 cup Sour cream (room temperature or greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 4 Large eggs (room temperature)
  • 2/3 cup Cookie dough balls
  • 1 cup White chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup Heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare a greased springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix 1 3/4 cup flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream together 3/4 cup butter and 1 cup sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add in 1 tsp vanilla, 1 large egg, and 1 egg yolk, mixing well.
  5. Gradually combine with the dry ingredients and fold in the sprinkles.
  6. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake until golden.
  7. For the cookie dough balls, prepare the dough using the remaining ingredients and roll into small balls, setting aside.
  8. For the cheesecake filling, blend cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, heavy cream, and vanilla until smooth.
  9. Add eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition and fold in cookie dough balls.
  10. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the baked crust and bake until set.
  11. For the white chocolate ganache, melt together white chocolate chips and heavy cream until smooth.
  12. Pour the ganache over the cooled cheesecake to finish.

Notes

Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for the best results. Avoid overmixing to prevent cracks in the cheesecake.
