Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, green onions, egg, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
  3. Place the meatballs in the Crockpot.
  4. Pour the sweet chili sauce over the meatballs.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until cooked through.
