- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, green onions, egg, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
- Place the meatballs in the Crockpot.
- Pour the sweet chili sauce over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Do not overmix the meat to keep meatballs tender. Use a cookie scoop for even size.
