- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup bell peppers (red, yellow, and green, chopped)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- Add bell peppers and pineapple chunks on top.
- In a bowl, mix together teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve over rice or noodles and enjoy!
Notes
Use boneless or bone-in thighs for moist chicken. Avoid lifting the lid while cooking to maintain heat.
