- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 bag of tater tots
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with diced onion over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and season with salt and pepper.
- In a greased baking dish, spread the beef mixture evenly.
- Top with a layer of tater tots.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the tater tots.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden and crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy your comforting meal!
