- 1 bag of frozen tater tots
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Burger toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc.)
- Ketchup and mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your oven and cook the tater tots according to package instructions until crispy.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, season with salt and pepper, and crumble it until fully cooked.
- Once the tater tots are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Assemble the bites by placing a spoonful of the cooked beef on top of each tater tot, followed by a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
- Return the bites to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted.
- Serve with your choice of burger toppings and condiments.
Notes
For variation, try using pepper jack cheese or add Worcestershire sauce to the beef for extra flavor.
