  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup asparagus, trimmed and cut into pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  4. Add the bell pepper, zucchini, broccoli, and asparagus; cook until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Toss the cooked pasta with the vegetable mixture.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs.
