- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Optional: dark chocolate chips or nuts for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, applesauce, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing until well combined.
- If desired, fold in dark chocolate chips or nuts.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares. Enjoy guilt-free!
