  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: dark chocolate chips or nuts for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, applesauce, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing until well combined.
  4. If desired, fold in dark chocolate chips or nuts.
