Bacon Brussels Sprouts

Crispy bacon Brussels sprouts sautéed to perfection in one skillet. Smoky, savory, and ready in just 25 minutes.

Ingredients

1 lb fresh Brussels sprouts, halved

45 slices thick-cut bacon

1 tbsp olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

Optional: balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions

1. Trim and halve Brussels sprouts.

2. Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.

3. Add olive oil to bacon drippings in skillet.

4. Sauté Brussels sprouts cut side down for 5–7 minutes.

5. Add garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook 5 more minutes.

6. Crumble bacon, add to skillet, and toss together.

7. Drizzle balsamic glaze if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Use fresh Brussels sprouts for best texture.

For a roasted version, spread on a sheet pan and bake at 425°F for 20–25 minutes.
