Ingredients
2 cups shredded chicken
1 cup cottage cheese
½ cup buffalo sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella
2 tbsp ranch seasoning or dressing
2 tbsp green onions (optional)
Instructions
1. Blend cottage cheese and ranch until smooth.
2. In a bowl, combine the blend with chicken, buffalo sauce, half the cheese, and green onions.
3. Spread into a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
4. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes until bubbly.
5. Serve warm with chips or veggies.
Notes
You can use canned, rotisserie, or meal-prepped chicken.
To make it spicier, add chopped jalapeños.
Make it keto by serving with low-carb veggies.
