  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

8 oz bowtie pasta
1 lb ground beef (85/15)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated parmesan
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion flakes
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Cook bowtie pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, brown the ground beef with garlic powder, onion flakes, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Once beef is cooked, reduce heat and pour in heavy cream. Simmer 3–4 minutes.
4. Add grated parmesan and stir until the sauce thickens.
5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until fully coated.
6. Adjust seasoning if needed and garnish with parsley.
7. Serve hot with extra parmesan if desired.

Notes

Use freshly grated parmesan for the smoothest sauce.
You can add spinach or peas for extra veggies.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
