Ingredients
36 regular OREO cookies
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
12 oz white chocolate melting wafers or almond bark
Candy eyes or mini chocolate chips for decoration
Instructions
1. Crush OREO cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
2. Mix in softened cream cheese until a thick dough forms.
3. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and shape into ghost forms by pinching the top.
4. Place on parchment-lined tray and chill for 30–45 minutes.
5. Melt white chocolate in microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals.
6. Dip each chilled truffle into melted white chocolate and set on tray.
7. Quickly add candy eyes before the coating sets.
8. Let truffles set completely, then serve or store.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Freeze for up to 2 months; decorate after thawing. Use pumpkin spice OREOs for a seasonal twist.
