Turkey Broccoli Casserole

Creamy, cheesy turkey broccoli casserole made with leftover turkey, broccoli, sour cream, and topped with buttery cracker crumbs.

Ingredients

2 cups cooked turkey, chopped

2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

½ cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs

2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.

2. Steam or microwave broccoli until just tender.

3. In a bowl, mix turkey, broccoli, soup, sour cream, cheese, and spices.

4. Spread mixture into the dish evenly.

5. Mix crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle on top.

6. Add extra cheese if desired.

7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken instead of turkey if desired.

Add cooked rice or noodles to bulk it up.

Make ahead and freeze for easy weeknight prep.
